How we optimise networks is built on the foundation of real-time hydraulic measurements, not assumptions.
We will optimise your networks using your existing SCADA data. Any data gaps are resolved using highly accurate on-site measurement including pump testing and pump monitoring. Our work can encompass the optimisation of a single service reservoir over a 24-hour period, scaling to entire water distribution networks consisting of multiple pumping stations, storage and demands.

Depending on your requirements, we would first gather data from the ground up and analyse data from the existing site instrumentation, review the network schematics and assess the hydraulic model. via our in-situ pump testing and pump monitoring service, with the latter designed to analyse systems over longer, fixed periods of time.
The data we gather will support and inform network optimisation decisions going forward. We strongly believe such decision should be based on highly accurate data, not assumptions.

With optimisation using a continual process of improvement, we will provide hydraulic model construction, demand prediction models and powerful algorithms designed to optimise operations, support future planning and assist capital decisions.
Our HydraNet software is an integral part of network optimisation, recording and providing detailed real-time network performance data. This data can be visualised, trended and evaluated, with information-driven insights highlighting issues and supporting decisions. All results recorded by HydraNet is stored safely and securely, with all data and KPI reports accessible 24/7.

Analysis & results to drive savings
Go live: the system analyses the network and calculates the least cost pumping schedule to meet demand, in real time, which is communicated back to the SCADA system for control and automation. We provide ongoing consultancy aimed at continually optimising your networks. We will help you develop a robust roadmap, supporting the business and economic case for continued investment in assets.
As part of network optimisation, we can identify refurbishments, upgrades and replacements across your assets. Through our existing partners, or your local M&E contractors, we can provide extensive pump refurbishments, modifications and new installations.
